This was our first experience with Atlanta Property Inspections, Frank Cooper was the lead inspector and he was inspecting a new construction one bedroom plus den in Alpharetta for a buyer client of ours. The inspection report was both detailed and comprehensive. Frank Cooper and his team from Atlanta Property Inspections, Inc were excellent! They arrived on time and thoroughly inspected all areas of the property I was considering renting.
