Atlanta property inspections gave me a very competitor quote and stuck to it for final pricing. They were able to get someone out to do the inspection so quickly. Frank and James were very thorough and helpful during the process they encouraged me to look at what they found, the good and bad, so I knew exactly what I am buying.  I couldn't have asked for a better inspection experience!

I would like to recommend Brandon for his excellent job during the inspection. He is very professional, thorough and is an expert in his field. I enjoyed his partnership during inspection, the knowledge he shared of the risks of certain issues was incredible. I am very glad that he inspected the house for us and wishing him more success in future.

Jeremy was the best to work with! He was on time,  very thorough in his explanations of his findings, and took time with my clients to make sure he answered all of their questions. He was detailed, and provided follow up when we needed additional questions answered. He went above and beyond! Best, quality, customer service I’ve seen in a long time! I’ll recommend him and Atlanta Property Inspections every time!

I called several companies for quotes, and I felt that Atlanta Property Inspections was the most welcoming!  Thereafter, I had a wonderful experience at the inspection. My inspector was thorough, kind, and willing to explain things and answer my questions on site.  He was very knowledgeable and very friendly.  I am glad I did not skip the inspection for this 950 square foot condo, and the review has been very helpful, during my due diligence period in evaluating this potential home.

The inspector Frank came to our house to inspect the deck and provide a list of safety problems. While he was there we asked him to take a look at some termite damage in the attic.  When he went to the attic he spotted problems with a squirrel infestation requiring immediate action to correct for chewed wiring and unsanitary conditions.  We were unaware of this problem.  Frank provided a comprehensive inspection report in PDF format including multiple photos showing deck post deterioration, sagging joists and yes even a picture of the live squirrel in the attic. Frank is totally professional, knows his area of expertise very well and offers sound recommendations on how to correct problems without spending money for unnecessary improvements.  For example he told us the ledger board was in good shape and did not have to be replaced, only secured to the house wall with additional bolts. The small amount we paid for the inspection was well spent because the inspection will end up saving us money in the long run.

Atlanta Property Inspections, Inc. was referred to us by our realtor for our home inspection. Our inspector was Cary Cooper. He really took the time to answer all of our questions about his findings. We didn't feel rushed or that any question was too silly. He gave us peace of mind with a few of our concerns and was honest, even if we weren't to thrilled with the news. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely use (and refer)  Atlanta Property Inspections, Inc. in the future for any inspection needs.

My client used the company for their home inspection during their due diligence period. Jeremy and his partner were very kind and accommodating with answering questions. The report was very thorough and I like that they also note positive things about the homes in their report as well and not just what's wrong with the house. You can read the good and the bad.

WOW! I can't even make this story up. In this very crazy market (June 2021) it seemingly takes 2 week closing (sometimes with *0* days due diligence!) to purchase a home. Anyway, Frank came recommended by another very reputable inspector, and I was fortunate he came!! The home we were looking at for my mother was a 1975 build and within 1 hour of the inspector being there a FIRE from an electrical panel broke out! Frank contained the fire, and was SO calm, had his team address the matter, was in touch with the agent and homeowner. He said in over 20+ years of him inspecting homes nothing like this had ever happened. Anyway the inspection was VERY thorough and Frank handled all matters very professionally. We will be working with Frank and his team on any home inspections in the future. I highly recommend!

Why You Need to Get an Annual Home Inspection

Ask yourself this question right now: "When was the last time I had my home professionally inspected?" If your answer is something along the lines of when your first bought the house, this isn’t good news. Normally, a certified inspector should check a house once a year regardless of the age of the house. The benefits a regular inspection brings to the homeowners are immense. In this article, we will go over some of these advantages.

Safety

Of course, the first and the most important point of any service is safety. During the process, the inspector ensures that your house is a safe place to live. They assure this by checking the parts of the house with the most potential safety hazards such as electrical systems. In addition, the stability of the overall house is checked. If anything that poses a safety risk is found, the inspector will inform you about it and will tell you what needs to be done.

Prevent Major Problems

Just like preventing a disease, any tiny issues must be taken seriously and needs to be stopped before it grows into something much bigger and uncontrollable. Something that is seen as hardly a problem in your eyes might be a big threat that will be expensive to fix later. Regular inspections will help you catch these problems while they are still preventable and will allow you to get rid of them in a cheap and easy manner. For example, if the sign of a water leak is spotted at an early stage, this can help you by preventing a whole pipe rupture.

Planning Your Budget

How many of us know the exact lifespans of every device in our houses? Most homeowners don’t tend to follow these things but it’s important to know them so they can keep track of what appliances need repairs, maintenance, or replacement. A home inspector will be able to tell you the expected lifespans and what needs to be replaced, so you can plan your budget beforehand.

Unnoticed Parts of a House

Since you live in it, many aspects of your house with possible problems are unnoticed by you. In addition, you probably don’t examine every part of your house in a detailed manner on regular basis, so how will you know if everything is alright? On the other hand, a home inspector looks at the most unnoticed parts of your house and writes everything on the report, so you know any parts that need repairs.

Investment For the Future

You will never know what life will bring you. Whether it’s a planned decision or unexpected course of events, you might end up selling your house one day. For the best possible deal, it is important for the seller to be ready. The best way to ensure a smooth selling process is the regular maintenance of the house overall through the guide of the inspection. If you get them regularly, this will allow you to fix any unattended parts of the house which in return, will increase the value of your property since it will be in good, refurbished shape.

A Wise Decision

If you are looking for ways of preserving the good state of your home or looking for ways to improve it, annual inspections are great investments. Luckily for you, Atlanta Property Inspection is ready to help you with your inspection process. We know how important your home is and will do our best to answer your questions and tell you what you need to know about the condition of your property. Get in touch with us today to learn more!
