I would like to recommend Brandon for his excellent job during the inspection. He is very professional, thorough and is an expert in his field. I enjoyed his partnership during inspection, the knowledge he shared of the risks of certain issues was incredible. I am very glad that he inspected the house for us and wishing him more success in future.

This was my first experience with Atlanta Property Inspections. Alex Sozonov was my inspector. Very oriented details and willing to explained all questions with professional knowledge. Report came into my email box late night. Clearly, it has been covered all details. Plus, show up on time.

The inspector was really thorough and was patient in explaining to me what he was observing. He showed me where the shutoff valve was for the water and gave recommendations on various things. The report that was provided made sense and pictures were taken of some things that were found. The inspector was also very personable which put me at ease about asking questions. Thank you, Alex and Atlanta Property Inspections!

Atlanta Property Inspections, Inc. was referred to us by our realtor for our home inspection. Our inspector was Cary Cooper. He really took the time to answer all of our questions about his findings. We didn't feel rushed or that any question was too silly. He gave us peace of mind with a few of our concerns and was honest, even if we weren't to thrilled with the news. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely use (and refer)  Atlanta Property Inspections, Inc. in the future for any inspection needs.

My client used the company for their home inspection during their due diligence period. Jeremy and his partner were very kind and accommodating with answering questions. The report was very thorough and I like that they also note positive things about the homes in their report as well and not just what's wrong with the house. You can read the good and the bad.

WOW! I can't even make this story up. In this very crazy market (June 2021) it seemingly takes 2 week closing (sometimes with *0* days due diligence!) to purchase a home. Anyway, Frank came recommended by another very reputable inspector, and I was fortunate he came!! The home we were looking at for my mother was a 1975 build and within 1 hour of the inspector being there a FIRE from an electrical panel broke out! Frank contained the fire, and was SO calm, had his team address the matter, was in touch with the agent and homeowner. He said in over 20+ years of him inspecting homes nothing like this had ever happened. Anyway the inspection was VERY thorough and Frank handled all matters very professionally. We will be working with Frank and his team on any home inspections in the future. I highly recommend!

Frank Cooper and his team from Atlanta Property Inspections, Inc were excellent! They arrived on time  and thoroughly inspected all areas of the property I was considering renting. They found things that needed to be repaired by the landlord before we signed the lease. Frank reviewed his findings with us. He explained all of his concerns, and he patiently answered all of our questions. Then the next day I received a very detailed report that included several pictures and detailed explanations. If you want a kind, knowledgeable, and thorough inspector, don’t hesitate to call Frank Cooper with Atlanta Property. I would highly recommend him! Truly a 5 star company!

This was our first experience with Atlanta Property Inspections, Frank Cooper was the lead inspector and he was inspecting a new construction one bedroom plus den in Alpharetta for a buyer client of ours. The inspection report was both detailed and comprehensive. We have tried out a few premium home inspection companies over the past year, looking for a good additional inspection resource, and based on our experience with Frank Cooper, I think we have found it.

The inspector Frank came to our house to inspect the deck and provide a list of safety problems. While he was there we asked him to take a look at some termite damage in the attic.  When he went to the attic he spotted problems with a squirrel infestation requiring immediate action to correct for chewed wiring and unsanitary conditions.  We were unaware of this problem.  Frank provided a comprehensive inspection report in PDF format including multiple photos showing deck post deterioration, sagging joists and yes even a picture of the live squirrel in the attic. Frank is totally professional, knows his area of expertise very well and offers sound recommendations on how to correct problems without spending money for unnecessary improvements.  For example he told us the ledger board was in good shape and did not have to be replaced, only secured to the house wall with additional bolts. The small amount we paid for the inspection was well spent because the inspection will end up saving us money in the long run.

For homeowners, selling a home can be an exciting and intimidating task, particularly when it comes to making sure the property is in good shape for possible purchasers. Finding and fixing any issues that must be done before listing the house on the market is a critical issue that frequently comes up throughout this procedure. Homeowners typically come across a range of repairs that need to be made in order to improve the appeal and value of their house, from small touch-ups to more extensive restorations. In this article, we will try to cover some of the most typical repairs that homeowners must make before listing their homes for sale.

Paint

Applying new paint is among the best home renovations to do before listing your house. One important technique to increase the appeal of your house to potential buyers is to paint the interior and exterior of your house. This will make your house seem much younger than it is and it's a relatively cheap way of adding value to your house.

Exteriors

They may say, "Don't judge a book by its cover," but it's completely normal to make a first impression about a house by looking at its exteriors. As the first thing prospective buyers see when they visit your house, the exterior of your home is quite important. So, repairing any damaged railings or fencing and keeping your lawn tidy is essential.

Plumbing Issues

Plumbing-related water damage can cause serious harm to your home and when home inspectors notice that there are problems regarding your plumbing system, the report may devalue your house. So, if you think there are some issues that need to be tackled regarding your plumbing system, fix it before selling it, even the most minor leaks count.

Roof

Roof is also an important part of your house that needs fixing before you sell your house. If your roof has shingles that are missing or broken, sun or water damaged roofing componenents, destroyed weather stripping or any other issues, they should be taken care of.

Safety Components

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are among the first appliances that home inspectors check for. Carbon monoxide detectors and in-home smoke detectors are mandated in almost every state. Be sure you are aware of the rules in your area and state regarding the placement and installation of detectors, and if they're broken, either get new ones immediately or fix them.

Reliable Home Inspection

In conclusion, there is more to getting a house ready for sale than just listing it. Any necessary repairs that could lower the property's appeal and value must be addressed with attention to detail. A thorough house inspection carried out by a reliable home inspection company is essential to this process since it gives homeowners priceless information about the state of their property and points out areas that need repair. That's why inspectors of Atlanta Home Inspection are ready to help you. Putting in the time and effort to make these repairs will give prospective buyers more trust.
